🇨🇾 Cyprus: Brandy Sour

An all-year-round unique traditional Cypriot cocktail.

“My grandfather’s favorite fruit was juicy, red Cypriot cherries and Ι have fond memories of him offering fresh cherries to his grandchildren. To this day, I have a vivid recollection of him preparing this refreshing cocktail mixing Cypriot Brandy with delicious cherries. The brandy sour is beloved by Cypriots (and visitors of Cyprus too!), who love to enjoy this cocktail during family gatherings and large parties. So, each sip of this wonderfully breezy drink brings to my mind the sweetest of memories.”
